The largest mutual insurer in the UK, Royal London Group underwent a company restructure and brand overhaul to bring together their eight distinct brands under the single Royal London name.

The annual report, created by Rare, was the first document to set-out the new structure and introduce the new branding to stakeholders. With our in-depth knowledge of the regulatory changes regarding annual reports, we were able to help Royal London structure and write their report to conform to the best practice of listed companies - a key aim of the Group.
