Supporting a transforming business
With First Artist’s rapid transformation into a world-leading marketing, sport, and entertainment management business, came the task of keeping staff updated on the company’s progress, vision, and values. Rare were asked to create a brand language for internal communications which would appeal to all members of staff.
We created a fresh and expressive illustrative language to support First Artist’s internal communications. This was first used to produce a brand book, which communicated the group’s history and future aims to employees. Later, this brand language was used to unveil a share option scheme, which allowed staff to benefit from the company’s growth.
