Engaging with a global workforce

Following an expansion of their global workforce, Serco Group - one of the world's largest service providers - sought to revise and redevelop their Code of Conduct to make it more accessible and more engaging for their employees.

As part of the project, we created a website to provide both internal and external stakeholders with detailed information on Serco's policies and principles, including an opportunity to see the code in action through a series of animated multiple-choice, ethical-dilemma scenarios.
