Creating a key sales channel
Muc-Off wanted to boost online sales with a radical redesign of their website. We structured and designed the site to create a clear customer journey across all devices, and reimagined the site as a media hub showcasing their digital content. Success for Muc-Off was instantaneous, with site traffic and sales rising overnight. The build phase of the website coincided with the Tour de France, for which we helped produce a prime-time TV ad promoting an online Muc-Off competition.
